My Elemental Self

This was my final for Communication Design first semester. We had to research the four elements and their influences in our lives. I chose to represent the royals in a deck of cards as the greek gods representing each elements with a self portrait included. i.e. me with a beard. Enjoy

Carved out of basswood, tallest is around 5 inches

Nose Chess Set

This is the pieces without there sculpey accoutrements, i.e. crowns hats swords etc. I will get final pictures up when I can get my camera to work :( From left to right; King, Queen, Rook, Bishop, Knight, Pawn.
